At aevumw, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our online returns portal to enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
